1. SureHome Overview of Services
SureHome provides non-medical, non-structural home safety and preventive maintenance services to help homeowners and families maintain safe, comfortable living environments.
Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Seasonal Home Checks for snowbird or vacation properties — visual visits that help ensure homes remain cared for and ready for occupancy.
• Basic home safety enhancements such as grab-bar installation, battery or filter replacement, and minor non-structural support tasks.
SureHome operates in compliance with Arizona’s Handyman Exemption (A.R.S. § 32-1121(A)(14)) and provides services that are visual and advisory only.
SureHome is not a licensed contractor or home inspection company and does not perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, or roofing work.
SureHome is not a medical provider and does not diagnose, treat, or provide healthcare services.

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information when booking.
• Have authority to authorize access to the property for visual home safety review or service.
3. Deposits and Payments
A $49 deposit is required to reserve a Standard or Premium Home Safety Assessment. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the scheduled visit.
For recurring services such as Seasonal Home Checks, payments may be billed monthly in advance through our secure payment system.
All transactions are processed via trusted third-party providers (such as Wix Payments or Stripe) and are subject to their respective terms, fees, and security measures.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
-
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before a scheduled visit are eligible for a full deposit refund.
-
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a visit may forfeit the deposit.
-
Monthly or recurring plans (such as Seasonal Home Checks) may be canceled with 14 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
-
SureHome reserves the right to cancel or reschedule visits due to weather, safety conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified promptly in such cases.
5. Property Access and Safety
By booking a service, you grant SureHome personnel access to the property for the duration of the scheduled visit to perform visual, non-structural home safety and preventive maintenance tasks.
You agree to ensure safe and unobstructed access to the property and to disclose any potential hazards (e.g., pets, security systems, gated entry, or other safety concerns) prior to the visit.
SureHome reserves the right to decline or reschedule a visit if conditions are deemed unsafe for personnel or the property.
6. Limitation of Liability
SureHome and its representatives take every precaution to perform all visits safely, respectfully, and with care. However, SureHome provides visual, non-invasive home safety and preventive maintenance services only and does not perform licensed home inspections, construction, or repair work.
Accordingly, SureHome is not responsible for:
