SureHome Terms

Welcome to SureHome! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, www.thesurehome.com, and any related services offered by SureHome (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By booking a service, submitting information, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
1. SureHome Overview of Services
SureHome provides non-medical home safety assessments, accessibility modifications, and seasonal property inspections to help homeowners and families maintain safe, functional living environments.
Our services include, but are not limited to:

Home Safety Assessments (Standard and Premium)

Seasonal Home Checks for snowbird or vacation properties

Basic non-structural home safety improvements
SureHome is not a medical provider and does not diagnose, treat, or provide healthcare services.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age

Provide accurate, complete, and current information when booking

Have authority to authorize access to the property for inspection or service
3. Deposits and Payments
A $49 deposit is required to reserve a Standard or Premium Home Safety Assessment. The remaining balance is due upon completion of service.
For recurring services such as Seasonal Home Checks, payments may be billed monthly in advance through our secure payment system.
All transactions are processed via trusted third-party payment processors such as Wix Payments or Stripe, and are subject to their terms and security measures.
4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before a scheduled appointment are eligible for a full deposit refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment may forfeit the deposit.

Monthly or recurring plans (e.g., Seasonal Home Checks) can be canceled with 14 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified promptly in such cases.
5. Property Access and Safety
By booking a service, you grant SureHome personnel access to the property for the duration of the scheduled appointment.
You agree to ensure safe access and disclose any potential hazards (e.g., pets, security systems, or gated entry).
6. Limitation of Liability
SureHome and its representatives take every precaution to perform services safely and professionally. However, we are not responsible for:

Damages resulting from pre-existing conditions or unsafe property features

Losses due to negligence, misuse, or failure to follow our recommendations

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of our website
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service performed.
7. No Warranties
SureHome provides information, reports, and recommendations “as is.”
While we make every effort to identify safety risks, we cannot guarantee complete prevention of accidents, injuries, or property damage. Our assessments are based on visible, non-invasive evaluations at the time of service.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, images, branding, and materials on www.thesurehome.com are owned or licensed by SureHome and are protected under copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any site materials without written permission.
9. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using our site, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
10. Updates to These Terms
SureHome reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
All changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website with an updated “Effective Date.”
Your continued use of our site or services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
