The Standard Assessment focuses on identifying common fall risks, accessibility issues, and home hazards, while the Premium Assessment includes everything in the Standard plus lighting optimization, mobility flow analysis, and adaptive equipment recommendations for maximum safety and comfort.

Most Standard Assessments take about 60–90 minutes, while Premium Assessments can take up to two hours, depending on the size and layout of your home.

For Safety Assessments, yes, we recommend that you or a family member be present during the assessment so our team can walk through your home with you, discuss recommendations, and answer any questions in real time; however, if someone isn't available we always send over a comprehensive report via email after every visit.

For Seasonal Checks, no one needs to be present. You just have to work with us prior to departure to determine how we are going to enter your home.

You'll receive a detailed email report outlining our findings and recommendations. If requested, we can schedule follow-up visits or provide referrals for trusted local contractors who can assist with any suggested modifications.

Of course. You can reschedule directly through your confirmation email or by contacting us at info@thesurehome.com. We just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes.

Yes, in addition to one-time assessments, we offer recurring Seasonal Home Checks on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis to ensure your home stays safe, secure, and well-maintained all year long.

Absolutely. SureHome is fully insured, locally owned, and operated in Gilbert, Arizona. Our team is trained, background-checked, and committed to professionalism and care in every visit.

Payment can be made securely online during booking. For some services, a deposit is collected upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion of your visit.
