Yes. Each visit includes clear documentation and photo updates so you know exactly how your home is doing while you’re away. It is emailed to you within 24 hours of your visit.

For Safety Assessments, yes, we recommend that you or a family member be present during the assessment so our team can walk through your home with you, discuss recommendations, and answer any questions in real time; however, if someone isn't available we always send over a comprehensive report via email after every visit. For Seasonal Checks, no one needs to be present. You just have to work with us prior to departure to determine how we are going to enter your home.
